Our clients Mr & Mrs. Srinivasulu Tungala have a 1418 square feet land in Kathirvedu, Sowmiya nagar (Puzhal) and has planned to build a G+2 type of house in it. Ground floor will have a Car cum bike parking along with 1BHK for rental purpose and the 1st & 2nd floor will comprise of a luxurious Duplex which will be their own residence. Stage2: Bhoomi Poojai
Honour, Worship and Devotional respects being paid to our Bhoomi – Our Mother Earth, she is the mother of all that exists. It is one of the grand pooja we had in our construction sites. When the Sun rises in the east, “mangala dheepam” were lit and “Navadhanyam” were offered to Mother Earth. Our clients Mr. Srinivasulu & Mrs. Thulasi invited us with a beaming smile who were completely satisfied with the support they got from our civil team to organize the plot for the poojai.
It’s a Luxurious Duplex in Sowmiya Nagar, Kathirvedu (Madhavaram), the efforts given in conceiving the design and providing all the modern amenities to this luxury villa is humongous, a special thanks to our planning & projects team.
