Project Summary:

Customer wants to build a duplex house in first and second floor. They also wanted to add a rental units and clinic at ground floor.

After this plan, customer told to add a rental house in first floor. Their main concern is the privacy. They don’t want to use the common stairs. I gave them the idea of 2 separate stair case. One is on the south side – left side of the property to access the rental house and another staircase at the North side – right side to access the duplex house.

We suggested for the high roof area for the living room to get the grandeur and posher look. Adding a chandelier light will add extra beauty to the project. We connected Foyer, living, dining and kitchen so that the living space looks massive.

As of now, draft proposal is accepted by our client. Now, We have started working on interior views.
