Floor Plan
A floor plan is a scaled diagram of a room or building. It may depict an entire building, one floor of a building, or a single room. It’s a valuable-provoking tool for both the Construction Company and the customer. Based on your requirements, inputs and budget, our architect will prepare preliminary design sketches to explore and illustrate the best possible options. He will review these options with you, pointing out the merits and responding to your input.
How it will be Useful or Why do we need the 2D Drawing?
   Floor plans are essential when designing and building a house. A good floor plan can increase the enjoyment of the completed house by creating a nice flow between spaces and can even increase its resale value.
   The 2D drawing may also include measurements, furniture, appliances & other structures…
   Floor plans are also key in communicating the flow of your space to potential buyers or renters.
Elevation View
   The elevation view is an outside side view of a building. This view can convey exterior information of that particular structure including vertical dimensions, elevations, locations of doors and windows, and outside finishes. .
Why do we need the elevation view?
   The purpose of an elevation drawing is to show the finished appearance of a given exterior side of the house and furnish vertical height dimensions.
   All visible wall corners are shown in the elevation.

Design Development, How will it be useful?
The Designer will visualize, brainstorm and develop various ideas that can be implemented into your space; The Sketches, floor plans and elevations he creates for you will help in visualizing these ideas and develop an understanding of how the different rooms in a given space will relate to one another. These documents will be presented alongside movable furniture and décor tear sheets to convey a design.Â

  The purpose of these documents is to prepare a thorough set of building drawings and
specifications for tendering, obtaining a building permit and the actual project construction and also
for coordinating-integrating the services of specialist consultants. To ensure the product meets
users’ needs, it needs to be understood, captured, and agreed upon. Knowing what is required and
communicating it in a clear way is a critical part of any new project.
Construction Administration
   The administrative services provided by an architect/engineer, providing clarifications, submittal review, recommendations for payment, preparation of change orders included in the agreement are called construction administration. This does not include activities for the construction.
