Residential Building Construction

We proposed a residential building to our client Mr.Vellaidurai last year August-2018. He wants to build a house but had no idea how the building should look. So we decided to take whole responsibilities and proposed an end to end building design. We worked for a week, tailor made design, and finalized a duplex villa construction.

The land area is 1200 Sqft, 30 feet in width, and 40 feet in length.

The plot is north facing. And the frontage is 30 feet East-West. Our proposed house has a car parking which can hold a big size car like Innova on the left side and a staircase on the right side.

The ground floor has a large living area. We made a two-level living area. The first space has a low lying floor which I high roof and had a designer start case. This is a small casual sit-out with a guest. Next is a TV room where family members watch tv. It is designed such that It is meant only for watching TV. Behind this area is the kitchen. Which is half covered from where TV is visible.
