Built up area on the ground floor is designed for 850.00 sq. Ft. 

ENTRANCE: 

The main entrance to a house is not only the entry point for the family, but also for energy. Considered the “arch to victory and progress in life”, the main door should face north, east, or northeast. The entrance of this building is placed south side.  

LIVING ROOM: 

A living room is a room in a home that is used for entertaining friends, talking, reading, or watching television. If you are addicted to television, you are likely to spend a lot of time in your living room. You can also call a living room a Parlor, den, or hall. Living has a dimension of 17‘0″ X 15‘0″.  

STAIRCASE: 

The primary purpose of the stairs is to provide a simple and easy means of moving between levels. In ancient times, houses and shelters consisted of only one story, but it was understood that the area above ground level could be used to increase the amount of space a structure could offer. Staircase is designed on the veranda. Staircase is the way for the entrance in this design. 

KITCHEN: 

Many homes have a microwave, dishwasher, and other electrical appliances. The living room or area can also be used for dining, entertaining, and doing laundry. Kitchen design and construction is a huge market all over the world. In this plan, Kitchen is placed in the southeast corner.  

BEDROOM: 

In this design, there are two bedrooms and it is of size 10’3″ X 12′0” dimensions. 

BATHROOM: 

Two bathrooms have been designed in this plan. Both the bathrooms are attached bathroom. Size of the bathrooms is 4′-0″x7′-0“.
