This property has a total of 550.0 Sq. Ft and dimension of 16‘0″X 33‘0”. 

BUlLT UP AREA: 

Built up area on the ground floor is designed for 500.00 sq. Ft. 

PARKING: 

In this plan as you see in the diagram, considering small area parking space is not designed in this plan. 

ENTRANCE: 

The main entrance to a house is not only the entry point for the family, but also for energy. Considered the “arch to victory and progress in life”, the main door should face north, east, or northeast. Entrance of this building is placed east side in the first and ground floor.  

LIVING ROOM: 

A living room is a room in a home that is used for entertaining friends, talking, reading or watching television. If you are addicted to television, you are likely to spend a lot of time in your living room. You can also call a living room a Parlor, den, or hall. Living has a dimension of 14′-0″X9′-0″ in both the floors.  

STAIRCASE: 

The primary purpose of the stairs is to provide a simple and easy means of moving between levels. In ancient times, houses and shelters consisted of only one story, but it was understood that the area above ground level could be used to increase the amount of space a structure could offer. Staircase is designed near entrance of the building and paths way to the first-floor unit and terrace. 

KITCHEN: 

Many homes have a microwave, dishwasher, and other electrical appliances. The living room or area can also be used for dining, entertaining, and doing laundry. Kitchen design and construction is a huge market all over the world.  Kitchens is placed in the south east side of the unit and of size 7’0″x11’4”.  

BEDROOM: 

In this design, there is only one bedroom in each unit and it is of size 9′-7″x10′-0″ dimensions. 

BATHROOM: 

In this plan we have one bathroom for small 1 BHK house. Size of the bathrooms are 4′-0″x6′-6″.
