PLOT AREA: 

This property has a total of 1200.0 Sq. Ft and dimension of 60‘0″X 20‘0”. 

BUlLT UP AREA: 

Built up area on the ground floor is designed for 700 sq. Ft. 

PARKING: 

In this plan as you see in the diagram, considering 3 units in the building including ground floor. We left a large area for car parking of space 500 sq. Ft. 

ENTRANCE: 

Entrance of the building in ground floor is placed north side. In first floor, single bedroom unit is west faced and double bedroom unit is north faced. 

LIVING ROOM: 

Living has a dimension of 11’x13’ in the ground floor plan. In first floor, single bedroom unit living room has a dimension of 12’x14’. And 11’1″ X 13 in second unit.  

 STAIRCASE: 

Staircase is designed next to the parking area; it connects to first floor and separates both the unit. 

KITCHEN: 

All unit kitchens are placed in the north east side of the unit and of size 6’x10’.  

BEDROOM: 

In this design two units are double bedroom and one unit is single bedroom. Four bedrooms are of same size 9’0″ X 11’7″ in double bedroom units. 

BATHROOM: 

In this plan we have only one bathroom in each unit, but it is more sufficient usage for a single bedroom house. Size of the bathroom is 6‘0” X 4’0″.
