PLOT AREA: 

This property has a total of 1200.0 Sq. Ft and dimension of 28’6″X 42’0”. 

BUlLT-UP AREA: 

As per our customer request we designed a house design for 700 Sq. Ft. It has much free space for additional purposes for car parking, etc. 

This property has backfilled space of 226 Sq. Ft.  

PARKING: 

In this plan, designer designed a space for car parking. For car parking, designer gave a space 15’11″X16’2″. It exposes a good upright look to the building. 

ENTRANCE: 

Entrance of the building is faced east side. And side by it has backfilled space of 4′-2″. 

LIVING ROOM: 

Living room has a dimension 20’10″X17’0″ which is large 700 sq. Ft house. Adding additional unique elements in the living room gives you a wealthy look. Another living is also there in the first floor, it has space of  

STAIRCASE: 

Staircase is built inside the room as per customer’s request. It is a good idea to consider building a staircase inside the house. Stair steps is designed in the living room. 

DINING PLACE: 

Dining area is placed under or beside staircase to avoid exemption of space.  

KITCHEN: 

It is an L-Shaped kitchen for multi purposes. Washbasin is placed at one side and gas stove is placed at another for convenience purposes. Kitchen is built of 9’0″X13’8″.  

BEDROOM: 

It has 3 bedrooms for 2 storeys building. As you see in plan, one in ground floor and 2 in first floor. Every bedroom has a similar dimension of 12’0″X10’0. 

BATHROOM: 

Total of 3 bathrooms are in the building plan and among three one bathroom is common bathroom. 

BALCONY: 

Balcony is designed in first floor at northwest facing and its dimensions are 9’0″X7’5″.
