Nowadays, everyone dreams to build a house for their own. I know you have struggled with choosing a house plan for your dream house. Here we have a design for a 2-story 1000 Sq. Ft house plan. It is difficult to design a house by itself. Most people prefer to hire an architect or engineer to design your house, but it is hard to explain your thoughts to architect or engineer to convey you design ideas. We also prefer to design as per vastu for customer’s growth. Below our experts worked hard to design a plan for Dhanalakshmi in avadi for their expectation and comfort. And they are a happy customer. Let’s see in depth about 2 storey residential building.  

2 storey 3 bhk

PLOT AREA: 

This 2-storey building has a total plot area of 1007 Sq. Ft. This building is facing north position. 1000 sq. Ft will be more than enough for a 2-storey building. 2 storey building can be built less than 1000 sq. Ft. Our design specialist made a unique design for the customer. 

BUlLT-UP AREA: 

As per customer request we designed a house design for 600 Sq. Ft. It has much free space for additional purposes for gardening, car parking, etc. It is a compact house design for family usage. 

PARKING: 

In this plan, designer designed a space for car parking to park the car inside the property for security purposes. For car parking, designer gave a space of 13’5”x13’11”. You can park only one in this space. But for a medium family it is a sufficient space car parking. It is placed centre in front of the property. It exposes a good decent look to the building. 

ENTRANCE: 

Entrance of the building is placed at right side of the building and it connects to the compound entrance for enhance look to the property. Usually, main door will be placed at the centre, but here our designer designed at right side for unique look for the entrance. 

LIVING ROOM: 

Living room has a dimension 22’55”x10’3” which is large and compact for a 600sq.ft house. Adding additional unique elements in the living room gives you a rich look. And adding any wallpaper theme to the living room will add additional feel to your house, it is up to customer’s willingness.

STAIRCASE: 

Staircase is built inside the room as per customer’s request. It is a good idea to consider building a staircase inside the house. It is good design and better idea to make it inside. Considering single family, it is a good option to make it inside. But it should be avoided considering separate family or tenant. 

DINING PLACE: 

As you can see in the plan, dining area is placed under or beside staircase to avoid exemption of space. And placing dining area in between Pooja hall and kitchen, it gives equal access to both kitchen and Pooja hall. The main agenda of the placement is to benefit person cooking. You can also eat by watching TV from there. 

KITCHEN: 

It is an L-Shaped kitchen for multi purposes. Washbasin is placed at one side and gas stove is placed at another for convenience purposes. Kitchen is built of 9’0”x7’0”. It is a compact kitchen for a normal family usage. 
  

BEDROOM: 

It has 3 bedrooms for 2 storeys building and every room is of similar space 10’x10’. First floor has two bedrooms, in between it has high roof structure for relaxation and additional usage purposes. 

BATHROOM: 

5 bathrooms are designed in this 2-storey building. Every bathroom has its own unique speciality in it. All 5 bathrooms are similar sizes, and 2 bathrooms are common bathroom one in ground floor and one in first floor.

TERRACE: 

It is an open terrace, and it has no additional structure or element in it other than headroom. Terrace coverage is of 22’5”x34’7” size.
